What should I do if my Glowcose device is not connecting to wifi?Updated 3 months ago

If your Glowcose device is not connecting to wifi, start by performing a hard reset. 

To perform a hard reset on your Glowcose device, follow these steps: 

  • Unplug the Glowcose device. 
  • Press and hold the back button while plugging it back in. 
  • Continue to hold the button until you see three distinct red flashes. Once in pairing mode, pair the device to your local wifi. 
  • Important - Confirm your wifi password and connection code during the setup process, and avoid using copy/paste to prevent any errors.

Please note the Glowcose only works on 2.4GHZ. Some routers have both 2.4ghz and 5ghz. In rare cases some apartments, dorms, or public buildings may only have 5ghz.
