My Glowcose is not workingUpdated 3 months ago
There are two reasons that your Glowcose might not be working:
1. Webapp - Your CGM data is not available. This can be verified by going to glowcose.io and checking to see if your data is linked. If your data is not linked:
- Make sure your CGM linking name and password is correct.
- Make sure CGM sharing is configured correctly based on our setup guide.
- Your CGM has an outage. This happens a few times a year and is usually corrected within 24 hours. Usually this issue is out of our control.
If data is flowing to the webapp the issue is on the Glowcose side.
2. Glowcose - Your Wifi setup has issues or your linking code . Please perform the following:
- Perform a hard reset.
- Make sure your wifi password is correct.
- Make sure your webapp linking code is correct.
