If you encounter issues with your Glowcose not linking or functioning correctly, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure you have created your account and linked your CGM using the latest credentials of the wearer. If you are unable to receive a "connected" status on your glowcose.io dashboard then the issue could be with your CGM credentials or settings.
Please revisit the setup guide and and make sure the CGM linking steps are done properly.
